This is one of the best eggless sponge cake that I have tried .. This tutti frutti cake cake goes well with a cup of tea.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup Yoghurt/curd
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup Tutti frutti
- 1 tbsp flour
- pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a bowl Add curd/yoghurt ,powdered sugar,Baking powder,baking soda,mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes until it forms bubble.
- When its formed bubble ,add in oil and beat well until incorporated ,then add in vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add in flour and mix in batches .
- In a bowl add in tutti frutti and mix with 1 tbsp flour and add to the batter and mix well.
- Add to the greased baking pan and bake @180 c for 45-50 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean..
- Allow it cool and slice and enjoy with a cup of tea.
